Nick Romito is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VTS. Nick started his career in commercial real estate almost 20 years ago as a tenant rep and landlord broker at New York City’s Murray Hill Properties. There, he expanded the U.S. presence of international companies while supporting the growth of the firm’s 8-million square-foot office portfolio. Nick went on to AM Properties, where he oversaw a 3-million square-foot office portfolio, before becoming the founder and CEO of Titan Advisors in 2009. While leading Titan, a full-service commercial real estate firm, Nick realized the need in the industry for a technology platform that could transform how strategic decisions are made and executed across the asset lifecycle. Today, VTS is the industry's leading platform for leasing management, tenant experience, data, and digital marketing.
Gijo Mathew is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at VTS, the commercial real estate industry’s leading technology platform that transforms how strategic decisions are made and executed across the asset lifecycle. In this role, Gijo leads VTS’ product, design, and innovation teams to develop the solutions trusted by industry professionals to manage more than 13 billion square feet of assets globally.
Emma Buckland was appointed Global President of CBRE’s Property Management business lines, overseeing the management of more than 2.7 billion square feet of commercial property, effective January 1, 2020. She previously served as Managing Director of Property Management for the United Kingdom at CBRE, with responsibility for an 850-person team providing market-leading property and asset management services across 5,000+ properties in the UK. In addition, she was a member of the UK Executive Committee and the CBRE UK Management Board. She was also Executive Sponsor of CBRE’s Future Leaders program.
Glen Bartley is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group. Mr. Bartley is involved with the asset management of Blackstone’s U.S. office and life science investments. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Bartley worked at Goldman Sachs for nearly 10 years in various roles across the real estate business including acquisitions, asset management, and debt originations and restructurings. Mr. Bartley received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Scott Rechler is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of RXR, one of the largest owners, managers, and developers of real estate and infrastructure in the New York metropolitan region.
With an aggregate gross asset value of approximately $20.5 billion, comprising approximately 25.5 million square feet of commercial properties and a multi-family portfolio of approximately 6,000 units, RXR seeks to build and create stronger communities within its buildings and within the areas in which it operates. Lenny Sciascia joined Tishman Speyer in 2000 and is currently the Global Head of Property Management. In this role, Lenny creates a culture of hospitality by executing on a broad array of property, amenity, and hospitality initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience. He adds value by improving property operations efficiencies, driving strategic capital planning, and implementing new technology solutions. Prior to this role, Lenny led the Chicago region’s property management group focusing on asset performance, capital strategy, operations, innovation, and team leadership. He serves on the BOMA/Chicago Board of Directors, BOMA/Labor Relations Committee, and REBNY Management Division Board of Directors. Lenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University.
Kelly Myers is the Senior Director of Advantage Solutions for Greystar's Property Management business. Kelly started in the multifamily industry over 10 years ago and plays an integral role in cultivating relationships and partnerships with owners, management companies, and those alike to bring them increased revenue and resident satisfaction.

Ryan Masiello is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of VTS. He brings approximately 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to the table and is charged with leading the VTS Data product. Ryan started his career at Cushman & Wakefield, before getting recruited by JLL to help lead the firm’s business development efforts in New York. During his seven years at JLL, Ryan became Senior Vice President and brokered over 2 million square feet of office deals with Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies, earning him honors as a four-time global top-producer. At JLL, Ryan frequently advised on corporate technology and growth strategies.
Neil Vogel is the CEO of Dotdash Meredith (DDM), the largest digital and print publisher in America. DDM’s 40+ iconic brands include PEOPLE, Better Homes & Gardens, Verywell, FOOD & WINE, The Spruce, Allrecipes, Byrdie, InStyle, REAL SIMPLE, Travel & Leisure, Investopedia, and Southern Living. Prior to its acquisition of Meredith in December 2021, Neil was the CEO of Dotdash, where he led the company’s transformation from a general information website (then About.com) to a vibrant collection of branded properties and one of the largest and fastest-growing online publishers. Before joining Dotdash, Neil was the Founder and CEO of Recognition Media, a creator and producer of award shows and media properties for digital, creative, and advertising communities including the Webby Awards and the Telly Awards. Prior to starting Recognition Media, Neil was Chief Corporate Development Officer at Alloy Media + Marketing, a digital content and marketing services company focused on the teen and youth market.
Melissa Myers is the Head of Global Workplace and Safety at Okta. She is responsible for the global real estate portfolio strategy that enables Okta’s dynamic work model. She is also responsible for Global Workplace Operations, Design and construction, Workplace Sustainability, the Food and Beverage program, the Culture and connection program, and Global Physical Security and Safety.
Before joining Okta, Melissa was with Twitter as Director of Americas- Real Estate & Workplace and Intel as Corporate Services Site Manager for Intel headquarters, where she led workplace operations and services, including facilities engineering, environmental health & safety, sustainability, data center construction, and office renovation construction. Melissa has worked on the supplier side as Vice President of Operations for a facilities consulting company and in the hospitality industry with several national brands, holding operations and facilities management positions.
Anna is the Chief Commercial Officer at Industrious, makers of the world's best workplaces. Previously, Anna was the co-founder of Run for America, a bipartisan political consulting firm electing the next generation of leaders to Congress, and the founding President of Born Free Africa, which contributed to a 60% global decline in children newly infected with HIV. She started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she worked on strategy and M&A in the healthcare sector. Anna lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two little boys and studied organic chemistry in college, a decision she still questions.
Shannon Loew is Vice President of Global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) at Amazon, overseeing the company’s global corporate real estate portfolio of over 60 million sq. ft. in more than 60 countries. He is responsible for portfolio strategy and occupancy planning, workplace experience & design, sustainability, facilities management, environmental health and safety, and travel & events for all 325,000 corporate employees.
Max Saia is the VP of Investment Research at VTS. Since 2020, Max has led the Research team at VTS and has spearheaded the development of VTS Data service offerings. Before VTS, Max worked as a senior analyst and economist with CBRE, in addition to leading market research in separate stints with American Realty Advisors and Irvine Company.
